Brightcove Inc (BCOV)

Sinha wrote:

“We recently hosted an NDR with Brightcove (BCOV) CEO Jeff Ray and CFO and came away from meetings encouraged by the potential benefits of the operational and execution changes being implemented as well as synergies with acquisition of Platform (OVP). The extensive nature of changes will require a couple of quarters to bear fruit, with the outcome of BCOV finally evolving into a SaaS company with consistent revenue growth, low customer churn, and high incremental margins. We do believe 2019 guide is conservative with beat and raise potential in 2H19, which is ultimately the setup as the company accelerates towards industry growth rates with high flow through.”

Wideopenwest Inc (WOW)

In a report issued on March 15, Zachary Silver from B.Riley FBR reiterated a Buy rating on Wideopenwest Inc, with a price target of $12. The company’s shares opened today at $9.21.

Silver wrote:

“WideOpenWest (WOW–Buy, $12 PT) post-close March 14 disclosed insider purchases from CEO Teresa Elder, as well as from private equity insider Crestview Partners, which currently owns 35% of shares outstanding. As we have articulated previously, we believe a large disconnect has surfaced between WOW’s underlying operating performance, which is trending positively, and its stock price, which has been moving the other direction. The disclosure of these open market purchases from meaningful insiders suggests, to us, that those close to the company share our view that shares are undervalued at current levels, and have been dragged down by factors unrelated to current and future fundamentals.”

According to TipRanks.com, Silver is a 4-star analyst with an average return of 10.1% and a 82.6% success rate. Silver covers the Technology sector, focusing on stocks such as Shenandoah Telecommunications Co, CSG Systems International, and United States Cellular.

Wideopenwest Inc has an analyst consensus of Moderate Buy, with a price target consensus of $12.
