However, we believe overweight NA light truck exposure could lead to decelerating growth as the US market appears at peak levels and light truck comps are increasingly high. We initiate with a Hold rating. Leading beneficiary of the “other” global emissions regulation. TEN’s Clean Air division ($6B annualized sales ~ 70% of net rev.) should continue to outpace global production due to increasingly stringent regulations of criteria pollutants. SCR and particulate filters have contributed to 8.4% annual Clean Air segment value-add revenue growth since 2010 (5-year CAGR) well ahead of global production of 3.3%. We believe the rollout of more stringent emissions in US and European markets beginning in 2017 (US Tier 3, Euro-6c) and phased in through 2027 will drive continued segment outperformance (est.”
